Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Liverpool are interested in signing Bruno Guimaraes from Newcastle United. The Magpies finally reveal the price for the star.

The resurgence of Newcastle United to the top of English and European football has been staggering. And, one player who has played a key role in making the Magpies a prominent figure in the English top-flight division is Bruno Guimaraes. Eddie Howe’s trusted Brazilian midfielder has caught the eyes of many European heavyweights since his arrival at St. James’ Park. Real Madrid, Chelsea, Liverpool, and PSG are among many clubs that showed interest in signing the Brazilian midfielder this summer. However, Eddie Howe was adamant about keeping his talisman in the squad and he is looking to build his team around Bruno. Newcastle rejected any bid that was tabled this summer and fans will be astonished to see the price clubs were ready to pay for the signature of Bruno Guimaraes.

Newcastle United want ‘well over’ £100 million for Bruno Guimaraes

Newcastle United know that they have a gem of a player in Bruno Guimaraes. If they want to succeed and become a powerhouse in world football, they need the service of the Brazilian midfielder. Keeping this in mind, Eddie Howe rejected bids from PSG and Liverpool. The said bids were reported to be over £100 million. Thus, fans can guess how much Newcastle values Bruno Guimaraes as a player. He is also a leader in the dressing room of the Magpies. And, apparently, Newcastle United are going to offer their talisman a new long-term contract. The negotiation for the said contract is currently ongoing. If Bruno Guimaraes signs a new contract at Newcastle, the club would want to include a release clause of over £150 million for the midfielder.
