Darwin Nunez has been an absolute revelation this season and it is no wonder that it is believed that it might take a €80 million transfer fee to sign him from Benfica in the summer.

Newcastle United were linked with a move for him in January as well but it did not end up materialising. And in the summer, the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Atletico Madrid and others could be in the race to sign the Uruguayan striker as well.

Nunez is still just 22 years of age and as a result, one would expect him to develop and improve a lot over the coming years.

But that does not mean that he is not already showing tremendous ability. Nunez has been one of the best players in the Portuguese league this season and has proven himself in the Champions League as well, scoring the winner against Ajax that sent Benfica to the quarter-finals.

Tammy Abraham

Abraham had his fair share of critics during his time at Chelsea and the club would end up letting him join AS Roma last summer, and bringing in Romelu Lukaku instead.

Unfortunately for Chelsea, it is Abraham who is having the much better season and has scored almost twice as many goals as Lukaku this time around.

The English striker endured a difficult start to the campaign but has come into his own recently, as playing under the management of Jose Mourinho has certainly helped him further develop as a player.

According to stats from Transfermarkt, Abraham has already scored 23 goals in 40 appearances for AS Roma this season, scoring freely in Europe as well as in Italy. And at the rate that he is going, it would not be a surprise to see him cross the storied 30-goal mark in this campaign.

Thus, it is safe to say that Abraham has proven himself during his spell in Italy and a move back to the Premier League in the future cannot be ruled out.
