Newcastle United haven’t played the free transfer market too well in the recent years.

However, there are a number of European talents available for nothing at the end of the season, and there are a number who could instantly strengthen the spine of the squad.

From Germany to Holland, there are hot prospects and experienced competitors. The Magpies have lacked strength in depth as well as fighting spirit this season – and this collection of players could certainly bring that.
