Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor has been with the club since 1995.

However, this season could be his last as the Magpies top brass might elect not to renew his current contract.

The Whitley Bay man has been in the squad his whole career, baring a short loan spell with Wycombe Wanderers, racking up a total of 199 starts.

He has even made England squads, although a terrible run of injuries meant he would never make his Three Lions debut.

The Magpies take on Swansea City on Saturday at home, a game Taylor could feature in despite being hooked at half time against Southampton.
