Newcastle United take on Southampton on Saturday as they look to escape the relegation zone.

Manager Rafa Benitez has indicated that each and every squad member can still stake a claim for the first XI as he looks for a winning formula.

The likes of Gabriel Obertan and Sylvain Marveaux might have thought their Toon career was over, but Benitez will consider all his options in the coming weeks.

Where the team could really do with extra numbers is at the back, and Benitez can welcome back Paul Dummett after his most recent injury problem.
