Players and pundits react to Newcastle’s thrilling draw
Newcastle United staged a thrilling comeback to draw 3-3 with Manchester United.
On Tuesday night the St. James’ Park faithful was treated to a brilliant display of attacking football, and watched their side show unexpected resilience to twice come back and rescue an unexpected point.
Thanks to goals from Georginio Wijnaldum, a penalty from Aleksandar Mitrovic and a pile driver from Paul Dummett, the Magpies were able to snatch a draw in front of watching new signings Henri Saivet and Jonjo Shelvey.
