RW: Miguel Almiron – Opened the scoring the last time these two sides met so he will be hungry to replicate that same performance in this match. Having provided an assist and taken off as a late sub, Almiron will be fresh and ready for this game.

CF: Alexander Isak – Callum Wilson is injured so it will be down to the Sweden international to inspire a great attacking display. Isak is a world-class player who can pretty much do it all, and he will see the injury to Marquinhos as a big advantage as Newcastle seek a shocking result.

LW: Anthony Gordon – Goal scorer at the weekend as he put in an exceptional shift as always. Gordon is taking on the pressure of this busy fixture schedule well, which is a surprise since he probably covers the most ground of anyone.

Newcastle predicted lineup vs PSG: Pope; Trippier, Lascelles Schar, Hall; Guimaraes, Longstaff, Joelinton; Almiron, Isak, Gordon
