The 8 Newcastle players playing in the international break this November

England – Kieran Trippier and Tino Livramento

For the home country, Kieran Trippier has received a call-up to play for Gareth Southgate’s England. The Three Lions will play two matches in this international break, with the first being against Malta and the second against North Macedonia.

For the England U21s, Tino Livramento could also feature as the in-form Newcastle youngster has been granted a call-up. The England U21s will also play two games in this international break, with Tino a potential to feature against Serbia U21s and Northern Ireland U21s.

Callum Wilson has withdrawn from the squad through injury.

Brazil – Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton

The Magpies also have two players jetting off to represent Brazil and they are, of course, our two midfielders Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton. Bruno G is serving a suspension for us currently so it will be great to see him retain his match fitness for his beloved country and Joelinton has also been in good form when fit this season.

Brazil will play two World Cup qualifiers, a competition which they have a rich history in. Joelinton and Bruno could feature in either match against Colombia and the holders Argentina.
