Newcastle predicted lineup vs Bournemouth

GK: Nick Pope. Nick Pope had a good game in midweek, he’ll just hope for a clean sheet in this Premier League match. There’s no question about it, he’s the first choice goalkeeper in the league under Eddie Howe.

RB: Tino Livramento. Coming into the starting eleven from last weekend is Tino Livramento. The right-back played in midweek against Dortmund but thankfully will be fit for this fixture. Instead of on the wing, Howe can use him in his more natural position at right-back.

CB: Jamaal Lascelles. With Sven Botman out injured, Lascelles has been the go-to man at centre back. The captain has stepped up well and he will hope to bounce back after an underwhelming display in midweek.

CB: Fabian Schar. The biggest bargain in our history is our Schar. He’s had a great season so far and provides reassurance at the back for Eddie Howe. He will start.

LB: Kieran Trippier. Trips’ versatility has come in handy given the injury crisis. With Dan Burn ruled out, Trippier will move to left-back where he operates just as well, allowing Tino to slot into the team.
