RW: Miguel Almiron. Was forced to play pretty much the whole game in midweek, but he won’t mind. As the only option for Newcastle as a right-winger, Eddie Howe will start Miguel Almiron and the player will hope to continue his good run of goal-scoring form.

CF: Callum Wilson. Came on as a sub at the weekend and by some miracle, remained injury free. He’ll start this match full of confidence after winning our player of the month award for October, let’s just hope he sees this match through with the Alexander Isak injury rule out.

LW: Anthony Gordon. Played well in midweek but was subbed off, likely with this game in mind. Gordon is a workhorse and will be the most trusted player to take on Ben White who, as we all know, likes to venture forward and leave gaps in the defence.

Newcastle vs Arsenal predicted lineup: Pope; Trippier, Lascelles (c), Schar, Burn; Longstaff, Guimaraes, Joelinton; Almiron, Gordon, Wilson
