The contract of Adrien Rabiot with Juventus will expire next year. They want to give him a new contract. But, the midfielder could join Newcastle next year.

No one can deny the talent of Adrien Rabiot. He is one of the best midfielders in the world. And, that is why he has garnered interest from clubs all over Europe. But, he signed a one-year new contract with Juventus and his contract will expire next season which will make him a free agent. Manchester United have shown interest in the midfielder several times. However, his next destination could be Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United.

Rabiot played a very important role for Juventus last season with 19 goal involvements. The French midfielder is a very ambitious player and Champions League football is what he wants. If Juventus fails to qualify for Europe’s top club competition, then he will not extend his contract and will look for options elsewhere. As per the Italian news outlet Calciomercato, Juventus and their manager Massimiliano Allegri are trying to convince Rabiot to sign a new deal with the club.

If Rabiot decides to leave Juventus, then Manchester United will give competition to Newcastle United for his signature. Newcastle wants to be more creative from the midfield and having a player like Adrien Rabiot in the lineup with Tonali and Guimaraes will surely boost the creativity in the midfield. Eddie Howe knows the importance of creating more chances from the midfield and that is why he is looking to bolster his squad.

With the addition of Rabiot and his ability to create chances like he did for Juventus, Newcastle will surely become a force to reckon with. There is no doubt that both Callum Wilson and Alexander Isak will benefit from having Rabiot in their lineup.

Do you think Adrien Rabiot will be a good signing for Newcastle United?
