PSG vs Newcastle United

This game will be very important for the Magpies in terms of staying in the competition. It will be a must-win game for them. Now, English teams travelling to the Princes Park have always had success. Therefore, it shouldn’t be surprising if Newcastle go on to beat PSG there as well. If Nice can beat PSG at the Princes Park, any team can do that. So, let’s go for a 2-1 win for Newcastle.

AC Milan vs Dortmund

It will be a do-or-die game for Dortmund. If they fail to get a result in this game, it will be curtains for them from the Champions League and Europe as they won’t even make it to the Europa League (the third-placed team will go to the play-offs for the UEFA Europa League round of 16). As the onus will be on them, Dortmund will play an expansive style of football and that will be their downfall. AC Milan is expected to win this game 3-0.

Dortmund vs PSG

With Dortmund out of European competitions for the year already, they will be hosting PSG at Signal Iduna Park with nothing to lose. Thus, they will play risk-free football and all the pressure will be on PSG as they will keep an eye on what happens at St. James’ Park. As PSG had bottled under pressure before, it can be predicted that Dortmund will win this game 2-1 giving them the first European victory in the last game of their European campaign.

Newcastle United vs AC Milan

The Magpies will have a very strong chance of qualifying for the round of 16 in the Champions League with PSG bottling at Dortmund. However, Milan will come hard at the Tyneside. But, the best thing will be that the game will be at St. James’ Park. So, the Geordies will give impetus to the Magpies. As a point would be enough to secure a place in the round of 16, Newcastle will give it all to guard their castle and qualify for the next round. So, the prediction will be 0-0.
