Potential goal scorers

Harvey Barnes was the only player not to finish the Brentford game. Alexander Isak was fully rested with Callum Wilson getting a full 90 minutes. So who is put up top?

As I said Isak was fully rested. Clearly for a reason, that reason is to be fresh for what will be a difficult game against Tomori and Co. I think he will do good against this side, really good on the ball there is no reason he doesn’t score.

On the left I see Barnes starting. I think Anthony Gordon played much harder than Barnes. Meaning he is the fresher body for that side, I still like this lineup. Offers a more direct route to the goal. Less dribbling more shooting, pass and go is great. I think he will work well with Isak.

The dreaded right-hand side of the attack. Miguel Almiron, Anthony Gordon or Jacob Murphy. I think it’s Mr one direction himself Miggy Almiron. We will lose some attacking flow but his defensive work is undisputed. I hope that’s enough to get us through the game or his lack of right foot is going to kill us all game long.

Score Prediction

AC Milan lost against rivals Inter in their most recent game. I don’t see that stopping them from winning this time around. I sadly see this being a 2-1 loss. A close game with some good defending, just like the Brentford game.

How do you see this going? What is your Newcastle predicted lineup?
