As we celebrate the spooky holiday, let’s take a look at how some Newcastle United players could dress up as alter egos.

Happy Halloween to all of Toon Army! After a scary bad performance on the attack yesterday, let’s move onto something a little more fun. Here are a few Halloween costume ideas for Newcastle United players.

Joselu as Invisible Man

The summer signing disappears for such long periods of time, why not dress up as someone that literally cannot be seen? Hopefully, we can see Joselu on the bench against Bournemouth.

Christian Atsu as The Flash

As they say, you can’t teach speed. Christian Atsu has burned countless Premier League defenders this season with his pace and has become a primary attacking option for Newcastle United.

Aleksandar Mitrovic as The Hulk

As we all know, it’s best to stay on the good side of both the NUFC striker and the big green guy. Both have major strength and anger issues.

DeAndre Yedlin as Captain America

The first choice right back is the lone American on the squad. Despite the Yanks not making next year’s World Cup, Yedlin is a consistent performer for Rafa Benitez’s men.

Jonjo Shelvey as an orchestra conductor

When he’s in a good mindset, the English midfielder conducts the Newcastle attack with relative ease. His passing makes beautiful music across the pitch.

Mikel Merino as Robin

Toon Army’s favorite newcomer, Merino is proving to be a worthy sidekick of Shelvey in the midfield. Only 21 years old, he could certainly be described as a boy wonder.

Everyone have a fun and safe holiday, Howay the lads!
