Steve Mandanda

Tim Krul has been wanted by a number of clubs around Europe for a few seasons now, and he might decide this is the year to leave Newcastle United.

Should that happen, club chiefs could do worse off than look at Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda – who could move on a free.

At 31-years-old, he is experience, but still has a number of seasons left in the tank. As well as over 300 games in his professional career, Mandanda has played for France 21 times.

He would be an excellent player to pick up for nothing.
