Newcastle United have turned St. James’ Park into a fortress for the last two games, and if they played like that all season there is no chance they’d be down the wrong end of the table.

The Magpies have four more games left this season, but two are against Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur – who you would fancy to win.

Can they get three more wins? On that form, you would have to fancy the Tyneside club against Crystal Palace and an already relegated Aston Villa – while a win against the Reds isn’t out of the question.
