Poor old Georginio Wijnaldum, all he wanted to do was tweet a message of support – but all he got back were messages of abuse.

The Newcastle United fan base are always quick to pull up players who they think aren’t doing their bit, and Wijnaldum has been poor recently.

Here is another member of the Toon Army questioning whether or not the Dutch international was actually present at St. James’ Park on Tuesday.
