2: Chancel Mbemba

One of the Anderlecht double team to move over this summer, Chancel Mbemba was signed in the summer to play a key role in defence.

He has been the standout defensive player this campaign, along with Daryl Janmaat, and makes more tackles per game and wins more aerial duels than any of other central defenders.

Mbemba can only get better from here, if the Magpies stay in the Premier League.
