Michael Chopra

Michael Chopra came through the ranks at Newcastle United, but struggled to make an impact and never lived up to his initial promise.

The striker played 29 times for the Magpies, scoring just three goals. Cardiff City signed Chopra, and after he made an impact for the Bluebirds, Sunderland came knocking.

After 42 games and only eight goals, the nomadic striker moved on yet again. He is now without a club after his adventure with Alloa Athletic failed.
