The transfer of Facundo Ferreyra was an absolute shambles from start to finish.
The Argentine attacker was signed on captain Fabricio Coloccini’s recommendation from Ukranian side Shakhtar Donetsk.
However, he struggled to adapt to the physical nature of the Premier League, and never made a single appearance during the whole of 2014/2015.
