Tamas Kadar

Tamas Kadar signed for Newcastle United when he was just 16, thanks to Hungary being admitted to the European Union during the January transfer window – on the same day Kevin Keegan was unveiled for his second coming at St. James’ Park.

Injury curtailed his progress through the ranks with the Magpies, and in 2009 Kadar was ruled out for six months after suffering from a broken leg.

The defender only featured 13 times in the black and white, before moving on to Dutch side Roda JC. Now 25-years-old, he plays for Lech Poznan in Poland.
