Adam Campbell

As a Geordie striker, Adam Campbell was always going to be fighting against expectations with Newcastle United.

Campbell was awarded the Most Valuable Player at the 2010 Nike Cup at Old Trafford, as well as being named the Player of the Tournament at the 2012 Milk Cup.

Despite the accolades, and being the youngest player to play for Newcastle in Europe when he made his debut against Atrmotios in a Europa League qualifying game.

It never quiet worked out for Campbell, though, and he went on a series of unsuccessful loans before being released at the start of this current season.
