At the end of the day, we all need to work to earn money. That is the sole reason for Steve Harper’s move to Sunderland – which is the feeling around some Newcastle United fans.

The fact that he will hardly play while collecting pay cheques from the Black Cats have cheered from Magpies fans, who never thought they would see a Toon lad defect to their rivals.
