Loic Remy

Newcastle United actually battled for Loic Remy’s signature on a number of occasions, and only won once.

Before he joined Queens Park Rangers, Pardew wanted the Frenchman. After he left the Magpies when his loan expired, the now Crystal Palace boss wanted him again. Both times Remy said non, but at least we got him in the middle.

Now at Chelsea, Remy has struggled to start games – but he has still managed to score eight goals in 28 appearances.
