Newcastle 5-1 Sunderland (31 October, 2010)

Toon fans will always remember Newcastle vs Sunderland for this reason. What better feeling is there than hammering your bitter rivals at home, with goals from a local lad?

Shola Ameobi and Kevin Nolan ran riot, with Ameobi scoring two and Nolan three. Geordie local Andy Carroll also had a great game, despite not getting on the score sheet.

Darren Bent scored a 90th minute goal to get the Black Cats on the score board, but it was all in vain.
