Rob Elliot

Rob Elliot has been handed an almost unique chance to get into the Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2016 squad.

With Tim Krul and Karl Darlow’s injury, Elliot will have the opportunity to make the No.1 shirt his own – something he has never had with Newcastle United before.

After being called up the the ROI squad because of an injury to Shay Given, there has never been a better time for Elliot to cement his place in the national side.
