Newcastle United 0 – 2 Manchester City

This game was nearly a carbon copy of the one on the previous page. Once again Manchester City opened the scoring early before hitting again in the final stages. This time, Edin Dzeko hit the back of the net before Alvara Negredo scored in the 90th minute.

Both of those players have since left the club, but that doesn’t make the Citizens any less dangerous, especially against a defence low on form and confidence.
