Newcastle United 0 – 2 Manchester City

Newcastle vs Manchester City games tend to follow the same script: City score in the first half, the Magpies don’t really offer much and then they wrap the game up in the second half. This match was no exception.

David Silva opened the scoring after 38 minutes, before Argentine hotshot Sergio Aguero wrapped things up with a goal in the last minutes of the game. It was all very routine stuff.

With Aleksandar Mitrovic due for another start against a defence low in confidence, hopefully he can bully the City defence into submission (while staying on the pitch.)
