Fresh from their 3-1 loss to Middlesbrough, Cardiff City take on Preston on Saturday in a 3 O’Clock kick off.

Ameobi came off the bench for the last 20 minutes on Tuesday night, and will be hoping to make a bigger impact at the weekend.

The loan hasn’t been as productive as he would have hoped, with the winger playing over 1,000 minutes across 28 appearances – but only scoring one goal and creating three others.
