Team spirit is vital during any phase of the season, and its lacking at Newcastle United.

There has been a distinct lack of team spirit during the season so far, and head coach Steve McClaren would be well advised to take his boys out for a beer or two.

Claudio Ranieri has been the king of that this season, and the Toon gaffer could learn a thing or two from him.
