Golden Robster isn’t the first person to utter those words – wins against Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and draws against Manchester United (twice) and Chelsea might indicate a better team.

However their performances against sides in and around them in the league have been poor and highly inconsistent, much to the annoyance of many Newcastle United fans.
